Beneath the Surface.

Tomorrow we launch a brand new blog series at Sanctuary for the month of September! We are handpicking topics that go beneath the surface of the outward appearance that those in leadership often portray. It doesn't mean we are being dishonest or even "putting on airs". But often the pressure to meet the needs of so many, be the example to all, and surpass the competition of the ministry online or down the street presents. And all too often we are merely portraying the glossy version of what we aspire to be.

Leading with confidence is imperative. Setting a healthy example for others to aspire to, important. Disintegrating beneath the weight of it all? Devastating. Let's go beneath the surface this month and target those topics we aren't always comfortable owning.
