As a fitness instructor, I always provide a challenge to my classes to keep moving their bodies and spirits during the holidays and to stay focused on their personal health and wellness journeys. I recently announced 2024 as my final year to lead classes, but that doesn't get them off the hook for holiday season! They moan and groan, but ultimately love the unity the challenge provides as a class, cheer one another's non-scale victories and report in on how it's going!


This year, I'm bringing back THANKS & PLANKS, a four-week challenge for the body, soul and mind. And while I can't oversee your huffing and puffing in the gym over the holidays, I'm inviting you, dear friend, to participate in the soul and mind portions. Join me each Monday of November as I'll be providing fresh goals for you, tools to focus your soul, mind, and spirit throughout this season of thanksgiving.
