Something Special for Special Needs Mommas

As Sanctuary's community of ministry wives continues to grow and thrive on social media, we continue to discover unique niches of women who are "in the trenches" of ministry while also bearing the weight of other unique responsibilities. One of those niches includes a circle of ministry wives who are also parenting children who are neuro-divergent, or "kids with special needs". Parenting children while simultaneously fulfilling all the weighty duties and meeting all the ministerial expectations of ministry families can be quite challenging, to say the least. Adding the layer of special needs, and the list of variations as diverse as the children who wrestle with them, can produce stress, fear, worry, and so much more on the parents who are just trying to fulfill the call of God on their lives.

It is for this specific group of ministry wives that Sanctuary would like to provide a haven of support through our brand new virtual Let's Connect group on Facebook! With the help of our Special Needs Mommas panel of ministry wives as our guides, you'll discover this safe space to engage in healthy discussions on the subject, vent on Sunday afternoon when Sunday morning didn't go as you had hoped, receive and supply prayer and support for other mommas who completely understand the path you're traveling, and share research and knowledge on resources you've discovered.
